My first meeting with Marge

We had only one hour of time. Marge has many skills that I lack almost completely: public relations, project management, etc.

She made clear that she actually won’t have much time to help me because she is very busy with the beatification process of Eduard Profittlich. She was about to fly to Rome for a few weeks. She gave me four names of people and recommended that I ask them for help.

After the meeting I immediately started to contact these people, explaining them the situation, and three of them later became members of the core team.

We can say that this was the “birth” of the core team. We started using email as our primary channel.
